Based in the rolling hills of Wisconsin's driftless region, Bodies of Water Movement Arts' creative dance approach offers an
artistic relationship with movement, body-awareness and composition. Inspired by the work of Ann Green Gilbert, the Global Somatics® Process and Body-Mind Centering®, this program fosters creative ideas, self-confidence and nuanced whole body integrative techniques. Creative dance supports all bodies who love to move. |

BodyEcology is a movement workshop acknowledging how our bodies relate with the natural environment. How does the awareness of your mind and body affect your relationship to place? Embodied somatic practices inviting our breath, touch, and sensory explorations help us understand our anatomy as an ecosystem. We will walk and wander through our abundant spring surroundings and invite a sensory filled immersement with the wildnerness in us and around us!
Class will be held both indoors and outdoors. Register through the KVR: http://kvr.state.wi.us |
